The Greek Olive Estate grows, harvests, mills, and bottles high-phenolic extra virgin olive oils in Kato Rizospilia, Gortynia, Arcadia, Greece. Founded in 2012 by Costas Mathiopoulos, the estate produces some of the highest polyphenol-content olive oils in the world, verified annually by qNMR analysis.
