What we will not do
We will not invent a field. If your site does not publish a phone number, the field stays empty rather than being filled with a guess.
We will not mark you verified because your site loaded. A successful fetch proves the site exists — not that it is yours.
We will not overwrite anything you type. Machine-read values live in their own namespace and yours always win.
